My journey into the world of interior design began in 2015, when my family was building our home. While others might find the process stressful, I found myself captivated by every detail, from selecting materials to overseeing the construction. This hands-on experience ignited a passion within me, and though I initially pursued a Bachelor's degree, the desire to create beautiful, functional spaces never left me.
While studying for my master’s degree in Italy, I discovered the rich world of design education and decided to follow my true calling. I enrolled at IED Milan , where I dove into courses on exhibition design, restaurant interiors, apartments, villas, and material studies. One of my most memorable experiences was collaborating with my team—Ayelet, Cecelia, and myself—to design an entire building for an exhibition. We even managed to 3D print the model, despite it being outside the scope of our course. That project was our "aurora moment," and it taught me the importance of going beyond expectations.
The name "Aryelia" is a blend of our names—'Ar' from Arzoo (me- India), 'Ye' from Ayelet (USA), and 'Lia' from Cecelia (Sweden)—symbolizing the collaboration and creativity that defined our project. This spirit of teamwork and innovation is at the heart of Aryelia Design Studio today.
After gaining valuable experience with three different firms, I decided to start my own studio, Aryelia Design Studio, in 2024. Here, I combine my love for design with a deep commitment to client satisfaction. I believe that every project should not only meet but exceed my clients' expectations, creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
My experiences, especially the influences of my team and classmates, have shaped my approach to design. At Aryelia Design Studio, I bring this collective wisdom to every project, ensuring that each design reflects both the client's unique vision and the collaborative spirit that inspired the creation of Aryelia.
